[edit] Online Documentation and Posting of Student's Reports
After the trip to Ghana the NTHU 09 team focused on documenting their work and also that of their counterparts in Ghana working for OVF Ghana.
The following tools were available for the posting of information online
- Winneba Open Digital Village Wiki: http://www.wodiv.opendigitalvillage.net
- NTHU "Learners" Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=55534783723
- *Ghana oneVillage Ecotour Service and Learning Program Service and Learning Program Student Blog (in Chinese): http://ghanaeco.blogspot.com/
In addition to the above, they also will be using Wikipedia updating existing sites about Jukwa and Denkyira Kingdom. OVF's YouTube Channel is being used for the posting of video content and making that available to the public.

[edit] Evaluation Process:
Students went over some issues that they believe if addressed can lead to an improvement in the effectiveness of 2010 team's experience. A key point was to make sure there was plenty of planning for the coaching of next year' team by the previous one The issues that came up in the evaluated process included:
- Communications between team and OVF Ghana;
- Going over the plans for each video so that the time is used well;
- Designing program for alternative back up plans for Internet and power outages as they affected communications and the rate at which some projects were completed.
[edit] Planning for 2010
The trip overall was a success and OVF is grateful for the effort these students put into the 2009 project. Plans are underway for the 2010 project. This includes efforts to improve the communications and planning so that students can get the most out of their experiences before, during and after the trip to Ghana. One thing that was discussed was having more opportunities for past students enrolled in the program to act as mentors to coach the current students. A notable addition to the program will be funding for a student who has completed the program to travel back to Ghana and aid in efforts to plan the trip from the field.
